Cancellation Policy:

Please note that cancellation order less than 24  hours in advance subject to full payment. The cancellation need to text message to the manager at 907-723-7146 or 907-419-6594 the day before pick up by 9 pm Alaska Time. We only check emails 1-2 times per day so we might missed the late cancellation. If you send email to cancel the order please be sure to send it by 8 a.m. the day before the pick up. We are give 30% discount to the total price on emergency and unfortunate event on a case by case basis.  The discount is up to the manager approval.
